DEAN This lists the Dean ancestors that we have been able to locate. Our Dean's came from Ship Harbour, Nova Scotia to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan in 1914. My Grandfather's ( Harry Allison Dean) Grandfather (Charles Morrison Dean) was the postmaster in Ship Harbour. We think that he came from the Deans in Upper Musquodoboit at Dean Settelment - BUT we have not been able to prove this. We are VERY reassonably sure and we are sure enought that we have linked him to James Dean a son of John Dean who came to Canada in 1795. If others see any fault in our logic, please let us know!!!
